In order to determine the general and educational development needs of children with autism, the Director of teaching programs or specialist teachers can provide assessments based on direct observation and family interviews. Assessment outcomes are given to families by way of a written report.
The School’s assessment service does not constitute a diagnosis of autism disorder.  In Turkey, only children’s mental illness specialists and children’s neurologists are able to diagnose autism. For more detailed information please follow the link to Signs of Autism.
An assessment report given by the School will not constitute any evidence for the provision of legal services.
