Tohum Autism Foundation, which works for children, youth, and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), has launched a donation campaign during the month of Ramadan—a time when the meaning of sharing and togetherness grows even stronger. The campaign aims to help children with autism access the only proven solution: education.
Every donation made will help one autistic child receive education and integrate into society.
Autism Spectrum Disorder is a developmental difference that typically appears in the early years of life. Today, it is estimated that 1 in every 36 children is diagnosed with autism. In Türkiye, among nearly 700,000 children and young people aged 0–18 living with autism, only 41,472 have access to education.
As the prevalence of autism continues to rise, early diagnosis and intensive, high-quality education remain vital for its treatment and management.
