Support the Education of Children with Autism This Eid al-Adha
Tohum Autism Foundation has launched a donation campaign this Eid al-Adha—a time when sharing and solidarity are deeply felt—to provide children with autism access to quality education. Each donation will help a child with autism receive the special education they need to participate in society and take steps toward an independent future.
Since 2003, Tohum Autism Foundation has been working to ensure early diagnosis and access to individualized education programs for children with autism. Donations made during this Eid al-Adha will help even more children benefit from these vital educational opportunities.
Autism spectrum disorder is a neurodevelopmental condition that typically appears in early childhood. According to the most recent data shared by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in 2025, 1 in every 31 children aged 8 has been diagnosed with autism—an increase from the “1 in 36” rate reported in 2023. This rise reflects not only a growing number of diagnoses but also improved awareness, early screening, and better access to services.
The most effective known approach to autism is early diagnosis and quality special education. That’s why Tohum Autism Foundation is calling on all who believe in equal educational opportunities to support this meaningful donation campaign during Eid al-Adha.
