TOHUM Meaningful Call from the Autism Foundation!
On December 3, World Disability Day, kindness grows and turns into education for children with autism.
On the 3rd of December, World Disabilities Day, the TOHUM Autism Foundation invites everyone “with the unifying power of goodness” is inviting support for the full and equal participation of autistic individuals in society. Working for 22 years to integrate autistic children into society through early diagnosis and education, the Foundation, this year as well “Kindness Knows No Obstacles” raising awareness with its message. TOHUM The Autism Foundation will organize an event on December 16-17 at The Grand Tarabya on the occasion of this meaningful day “Goodness Gives Birth to a Festival” announcing the themed New Year Shopping Festival, preparing for a new gathering that will multiply goodness.
Overcoming obstacles is possible together!
TOHUM Autism Foundation President Aylin Sezgin, said the following in a statement issued for the International Day of Persons with Disabilities:
“Education is the only known cure for autism! As the TOHUM Autism Foundation, we believe in the potential of every child and work toward a world where every individual has equal opportunities. December 3rd reminds us once again that, where kindness and inclusion exist, overcoming obstacles is possible. Kindness grows when shared; this year, we invite everyone to support the education of children with autism.".
The festival that turns shopping into kindness…
TOHUM The Autism Foundation's traditional New Year Shopping Festival will be held this year on December 16-17 at The Grand Tarabya. Organized to contribute to the education of individuals with autism and to create social awareness, the festival will bring visitors together with unique brands and surprises for two days. Visitors will have the opportunity to buy gifts for their loved ones before the new year while at the same time contributing to the education of children with autism.
A call for awareness for individuals with autism...
Today, 1 in every 31 children is diagnosed with autism. Having reached 2.8 million children with autism, their families, teachers, and healthcare workers through projects it carries out nationwide, the TOHUM Autism Foundation continues its comprehensive efforts to ensure that individuals with autism can take part in every aspect of life by maintaining early diagnosis, education, and social awareness studies. On December 3, World Disability Day, the foundation invites everyone “making a difference with kindness” is inviting.
