dir=\"auto\">We are looking for a team member who will play an active role in our foundation's digital transformation journey and contribute to the establishment, development, and sustainable operation of necessary systems in areas such as CRM, data management, integration of digital assets, reporting, and AI-powered applications.<\/span><\/p><p><span dir=\"auto\">Our expectation from this position is not only to use existing digital tools, but also to lead the creation of a digital infrastructure that will support the foundation's resource development, donor relations, optimization processes of communication tools, and business processes carried out across all units.<\/span><\/p><p><span dir=\"auto\">We aim for the Digital Systems and CRM Specialist to undertake a role that analyzes needs, establishes appropriate systems or coordinates their implementation, turns data into meaningful insights, and contributes to the more measurable, sustainable, and effective management of digital processes.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Job Description<\/span><\/strong><br \/><strong><span dir=\"auto\">CRM and Data Management<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ul><li><span dir=\"auto\">Analyzing the foundation's CRM, data management, reporting, and integration needs; contributing to the establishment and development of systems suitable for these needs<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">Execution of user training and technical support activities<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><br \/><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Digital Infrastructure and Integrations<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ul><li><span dir=\"auto\">Monitoring the integration processes between the foundation's digital assets (corporate website, school website, educational portal, online shopping site, digital promotion panels) and other digital systems<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">Ensuring the tracking, management, and operation of integration processes between Fonzip, Microsoft 365 CRM, email systems, and core digital working tools<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">Ensuring coordination between teams and technology vendors in digital projects<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">Determination of new system requirements and contributing to project design studies<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">Managing the purchasing processes for servers, hosting, and SSL certificates, as well as overseeing processes with external service providers regarding backup, cybersecurity, and network infrastructure<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"auto\">Support for KVKK, IYS system integration, data security and access authorization processes<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Digital Transformation and Process
