On the evening of World Autism Awareness Day on April 2, many iconic structures and private sector buildings\u2014most notably our bridges in Istanbul, along with the Tophane Fountain, Eskisehir Fairy Tale Castle, Izmir Clock Tower, the TOBB Twin Towers in Ankara, Metropol Istanbul Shopping Mall, Bomontiada, Hilton Bomonti, Tekfen Tower, QNB Finansbank, the Eurasia Tunnel, the Dokuz Eylul University Rectorate, Dolmabahce Schools, the Sabanci Holding Building, Espark Shopping Mall, Wyndham Grand Levent, Sanovel Pharmaceuticals, River Plaza, and Zorlu Center\u2014were illuminated with red light. In addition, upon the call of the TOHUM Autism Foundation, many municipalities, educational institutions, non-governmental organizations, city councils, and sports clubs organized events aimed at raising awareness about autism and united under the hashtag #otizmek\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131\u0131\u015f\u0131kyak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
